Payment
Full payment is required at the time your order is placed.

Shipping
Your order will be shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) according to the shipping time you select at checkout. Sorry, we cannot ship using your UPS account number.
Computer Generated Simulation
Due to limitations and variations in monitor settings and manufacturers, variations in the color you see on your screen to the actual finished product may vary and is not a defect of the product.
Processing Time
Your order will be processed and ready to ship in 10 days or less. This does not include shipping time.
Returns
Because these products are customized especially for you returns are not allowed unless an error was made on our part. If you feel we made an error on your order please contact us via email at: customerservice@foilstampedfolders.com.
Remember to check everything for accuracy before placing your order including: spelling, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, spacing and puctuation, color choices, quantity ordered, etc. We will do our best to contact you if we believe we have found an error on your order but we are not responsible for mistakes made on your part, no refunds or returns accepted.
Once you recieve your order open the boxes and check them immediately. You have 5 days from the date your order was delivered to notify us of any errors made on our part. Do not return the items to us unless we have provided you with an RMA number and instructed you to do so.
